Josie Forrest – Care Concierge

Josie’s role is to look after the patients at Umbrella Health. She is an experienced medical receptionist and has always cared about the patients she meets. This care has always been a priority for her, so she is delighted about it being stated in her job title as Care Concierge!

Josie has had a varied career; dabbling in retail, hospitality and media. She began pursuing an interest in health due to an ill family member. This motivated her to complete a Cert IV in Allied Health Assistance and attempt a Bachelor of Speech and Language Pathology in Albury, NSW.

The time spent studying was not wasted though, as Josie has been able to apply her medical knowledge towards her work in both GP and specialist clinics.

In her downtime, you can find Josie spending quality time with her loved ones, curled up reading speculative fiction, attending the occasional gym class and in winter, out on the slopes skiing.
